Aquatics expert Tom Sarac provides an in-depth overview of the Banggai cardinalfish! Endemic to the Banggai Islands Regency at the eastern end of Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, this species is as stunning as it is peaceful, making it an ideal addition to almost any community reef tank. Banggai cardinals are threatened in the wild, but fortunately spawn readily in aquariums – the specimen shown in the video was bred in captivity!
